No Insurance:

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, or have a high deductible, we participate with a discount medical provider plan called ChiroHealthUSA. The CHUSA program costs $50 to cover your entire family for one rolling year. The fees for the CHUSA program will be collected at the initial visit, and go directly to the CHUSA program.

Our fees for CHUSA members are as follows:

  1. Initial Visit – Examination and Treatment – $100*
  2. Follow-Up Examination and Treatment – $75*
  3. Regular Office Visit – $50*
  4. All other fees discounted 30% of our full rate* Additional charges may apply.

Through CHUSA, we are able to arrange a flexible payment plan if necessary.

Health on a Budget:

We’re convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset – your health – will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us – we can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don’t discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

NOT ACCEPTED:
(we will treat you, but you will need to arrange payment)

We do NOT accept any Medicaid patients (except those with Medicare or United Healthcare administered NJ Family Care).

If you do have NJ Family Care, you will need a referral from your primary care doctor.
You are responsible for obtaining this referral for care.

We do not accept assignment for GHI, or 1199 plans, except those that give you free choice of doctor.
