We will make every effort to schedule you at a convenient time. If you cannot come in during these hours, we can usually schedule an appointment during another time.
If you are a new patient, and you are scheduling an initial appointment outside of normal hours, we will ask for a credit card number to hold your appointment. If the initial appointment made outside of normal hours is not kept, we will charge the stored credit card $100 for the missed appointment.
We require 24 hours notice prior to canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If notice is not given in a timely manner or you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, there will be a $40 no-show fee charged.
Obviously, these fees will be applied on a situational basis, and reasonable accommodations will be made for cases of emergency, illness, or other unavoidable situations.
