In New Jersey, you have just ten days after an accident to receive care without asking your carrier’s permission. After ten days, we can still help you, but the paperwork become far more complicated. So get right in for an exam. (See below).

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident you will need to make an appointment for a brief, but thorough, examination. Often, individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents experience minimal or no symptoms for the first few weeks and even months. It’s important to not only receive immediate and appropriate treatment for any injuries sustained, but also to document the extent of the injuries, if present.

Failure to obtain a timely evaluation or appropriate treatment for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident may negate your ability to receive monetary compensation for any future medical bills resulting from the accident, negate your ability to receive pain and suffering settlements, and negate compensation for work loss.

We Will Determine…

The extent of the injury or injuries
The number of estimated treatments required to treat your injuries
If referral to another medical specialist is required
If special tests are required (i.e. MRI, CT Scan, etc.)

What If I Have A High-Deductible Plan?

For patients with either high deductibles, poor or no chiropractic coverage, we participate with a discount medical provider plan called ChiroHealthUSA. It costs about $50 to cover you, and your entire family for one rolling year, and allows us to make the care you need much more affordable.

Which Doctor Will I See?

Generally, Dr. Press has office hours in the mornings, from 10am-2pm and Dr. Geleta has office hours in the evenings from 4pm-7pm. The office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Drs. Press and Geleta do make appointments outside of these hours. Call (201) 569-1444 for an appointment today!
