"I started going to North Jersey Whole Health Center shortly after being involved in a car accident in 2011. Dr. Robert Press has been my Chiropractor ever since. He is patient, gentle and caring. He takes the time to listen to his patients and goes above and beyond to help with their healing. Dr. Press is very knowledgeable with natural, healthy nutraceuticals, and botanical medicines and has helped me with a host of symptoms (i.e., sleeping problems, inflammation, etc.) caused by my injuries as well as side effects from prescription medications. I feel much better taking natural medications knowing I don't have to worry how they are affecting my liver or kidneys. I believe that I would not have come as far as I did with the injuries I sustained in the accident if it wasn't for Dr. Robert Press. I would, and have, highly recommended him to anyone who is looking for an excellent, intelligent, caring chiropractor. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give him a 15. When I find an outstanding doctor I stick with them no matter how far away their office might be from my home. "What a difference! After a very lengthy, detailed and frustrating search for a chiropractor to fix my neck and back (a recurring issue for a couple of years), I came across the bio of Dr. Robert Press. Frankly, after reading it, I was reminded of my own younger brother who had also started out in chiropractic in FL. I figured Dr. Press should have knowledge of the latest techniques too (and we all have to start somewhere) so, I gave it a shot. The professionalism and respect he showed from the onset was refreshing. That's something he always maintains. Very friendly, but respectful and professional. The detailed information he asks for during the first appointment shows he wants to know not just what's wrong, but what's good and get a clear picture of how he can help. Some of the others I saw before him, were not getting the whole picture or asking such detailed questions. As for his knowledge: I come from a medical family (parent and siblings), so I grew up knowing many things about anatomy, etc. Dr. Press has an expansive understanding of not only anatomy and physiology but nutrition, botany, medications and their contraindications, holistic treatments, homeopathy, exercise - I could go on. He has helped me dramatically not only with my disk problems in my neck and back, but with my diabetes II and the effects of stress on me. I would recommend Dr. Press in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a professional, caring and knowledgeable health care provider. Look - what clicked for me was him telling me he wanted to get me better over time so I would need to see him less and less, which meant I was improving each time. He doesn't want to see me every day for two weeks then every other day ??? The others I went to did - and that's expensive !!! Well, that's exactly what happened. I was almost in tears the first time I went to Dr. Press and could barely turn my head to the right. Now I'm looking for a gym, dancing with my husband and moving into a new home.
