The clinic is located at 546 Broad Avenue in Englewood, NJ.
The clinic can be reached from Bogota by taking route 4 east past Teaneck and through "Gas Station Alley". There are two exits for Grand Avenue, the second one has a rather short off ramp and ends at a "T". Turn left at the "T" and proceed to Broad Avenue. Make a right, and after the first light, the second house on right with the spine sign on the lawn is the clinic.
The clinic can also be reached by taking route 95 north and taking exit 71 towards Broad Avenue. After coming down the exit ramp, proceed straight under the overpass, and the fourth house on the left with the spine sign on the lawn is the clinic.
Please park either on the driveway or the street in front of the clinic.
