The clinic can be reached from Bogota by taking North Washington Ave south to Teaneck Road. From Teaneck Road, get on route 4 east. There are two exits for Grand Avenue, the second one has a rather short off ramp and ends at a "T". Turn left at the "T" and proceed to Broad Avenue. Make a right, and after the first light, the second house on right with the spine sign on the lawn is the clinic.
