The clinic is located at 546 Broad Avenue in Englewood, NJ. It can be reached by taking rte. 4 west to the Jones Road exit. Head up and around the off ramp, and make a right on to Jones Road. Make the first left onto Walton St. and follow it to the end, which is the intersection with Broad Ave. Make a left, and after passing the traffic light, the clinic will be the second house on the right. Please park either in the driveway or on the street in front of the office.
