The clinic is located at 546 Broad Avenue in Englewood, NJ. It can be reached from Leonia by travelling northeast on Broad Avenue, towards Englewood. Just under the I-95 bridge, and the 4th house on the left. The office is located on the first level of the blue house with a spine sign on the lawn. Please park either in the driveway or on the street in front of the clinic.
