The clinic is located at 546 Broad Avenue in Englewood, NJ. It can be reached by rte. 4 east. After proceeding through "gas station alley," and passing the 4 west diner on the left, take the second exit, which is after the exit for Grand Ave in Englewood. The exit has a rather short off ramp. Turn left at the 'T' and proceed to the intersection with Broad Avenue. Turn right and after the first traffic light, the office is the second house on the right. Please park either in the driveway or on the street in front of the office.
